The Oakland Raiders concluded their mandatory minicamp with a single practice today. The practices gota bit more physical including a scrum involving Kirk Morrison and Cooper Carlisle. Darrius Heyward-Bey missed his second practice session in a row with soreness and cramps. Mike Mitchell was hold out for the same reason, in what Coach Tom Cable termed percautionary measures.
This practice was more uptempo than the past practices, but were quite sloppy. There was another botched center exchange and countless penalties that would have been called.
Javon Walker didn't even don a uniform for the the second straight day. Burgess missed the entire camp with a case of the stomach flu. Louis Murphy, Heyward-Bey, Mitchell, and Warren were all held out of practice today.
