McFadden, OU duo recognized
University of Oklahoma offensive lineman Duke Robinson and linebacker Curtis Lofton along with Arkansas running back Darren McFadden were named consensus All-Americans by the NCAA on Monday.
Three of 28 players chosen, they had enough points accumulated from the All-America teams chosen by the American Football Coaches Association, Associated Press, Football Writers Association of America, The Sporting News and Walter Camp Foundation.
Robinson played on a line that gave up 11 sacks in 13 games, Lofton made 141 tackles and Darren McFadden, a finalist for the Heisman Trophy, rushed for 1,725 yards and 15 touchdowns in the 2007 season.
